Faberin community policy
FABERIN is a platform that aims to bring together users who are passionate about design. FABERIN connects the talent of product designers from around the world with the skills of local craftsmen and manufacturers. Offering the end user an exclusive catalogue of unique handmade pieces made on demand by the manufacturer.
To do this, we have a series of documents on our platform, generally referred to as "Policies", which regulate the relationships between users, designers and makers. For this reason we recommend that you read the following documents carefully:
- Conditions of use of the platform
- Cookies Policy
- Local manufacturers policy
- Designers Policy
- Customer Policy
By registering as a user, and therefore as a member of the FABERIN community, you accept and agree to be bound by these conditions and policies. In any case, in our Legal Notice you have all the identification data to send us any doubt or any problem that you may have as a member of our community.
At FABERIN we understand the importance of property rights. Therefore, we respect at all times the intellectual and industrial property rights of our creators, both makers and designers. As a result, all FABERIN users accept with their registration on the platform a firm commitment to respect the legitimate intellectual and industrial property rights of the creators who are part of the community. Being aware that, in the event of violation of these rights, they will be subject to the exercise of legal actions through civil, criminal or administrative channels as appropriate.
Finally, remember that FABERIN is a platform that acts as an intermediary between users and professionals (designers and/or makers). Therefore, FABERIN is not responsible for any aspects of transactions between professionals and users, or between the professionals themselves. To this end, in the personal section of each of the designers and makers you can consult the information regarding their conditions for the acquisition of goods or services, the conditions and delivery times, payment methods, guarantees, responsibilities and other rights that correspond to you in accordance with current legislation.
